Do you deliver across all of Ottawa?
Yes. We deliver to every Ottawa neighbourhood — the ByWard Market, Centretown, Sandy Hill, The Glebe, Westboro, Hintonburg, Nepean, Barrhaven, Kanata and Orléans — plus Gatineau.
How fast is delivery?
Order by 2:00pm any day of the week and we deliver the same day. Orders after 2pm arrive the next day.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $9.99, and free on orders over $49. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely. Choose store pickup at checkout and collect free of charge at 49 William Street in the ByWard Market.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll refund or replace it. Call (613) 562-4533 or email info@driftprime.ca with your order number.
Do you deliver beer and wine?
Yes, within Ontario. Someone aged 19 or over must be present with valid photo ID to accept the delivery.
