Terms of service

These terms govern your use of driftprime.ca and any order placed with Drift Prime, 49 William Street, Ottawa, Ontario.

Orders All orders are subject to product availability. Because we are a grocery market, stock changes throughout the day. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to substitute or refund it.

Pricing Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full payment details.

Age-restricted products Beer and wine may only be purchased by, and delivered to, persons aged 19 or over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. We may refuse delivery if ID cannot be produced.

Delivery Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic or events beyond our control.
