Delivery & Pickup

Same-day delivery across Ottawa Order by 2:00 pm, seven days a week, and we deliver the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are delivered the next day.

Where we deliver We deliver across Ottawa and Gatineau, including the ByWard Market, Centretown, Sandy Hill, The Glebe, Westboro, Hintonburg, Nepean, Barrhaven, Kanata, Orléans and Gatineau.

Delivery fees Delivery is free on orders over $49. A flat delivery fee applies to orders under $49 and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Store pickup Order ahead and collect free of charge at 49 William Street, Ottawa, ON, in the ByWard Market. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Fresh and frozen items Chilled and frozen products are packed to maintain temperature. Please refrigerate promptly on arrival. Someone 19+ must be present to accept orders containing alcohol.
